At Sonovia AI LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete the information associated with your account, you may request deletion at any time by following the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to nh.breindembach@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used with Sonovia
- The WhatsApp phone number used with Sonovia
Identity Verification
To protect your information, Sonovia may verify account ownership before processing any deletion request. This helps us ensure that data is not deleted by unauthorized parties.
What We Delete
Upon verifying your identity, Sonovia will delete or anonymize the following data under our control:
- User account data
- Conversation records (voice, WhatsApp, SMS, email)
- Lead data
- Third-party integration data connected to your account
Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain records where necessary to comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing obligations. These records will be kept only for the period required by applicable law and will subsequently be deleted in accordance with our retention policies.
Confirmation
Once deletion is complete, Sonovia will send you a confirmation by email. If any data must be retained, we will explain which records are kept and why.
