By accessing the Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

The Services are intended for users aged 18+. Persons under 18 may not use or register for the Services.

5. Refund Policy

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: scraping, security bypass, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity, malware, automated use without consent, resale of access, removing notices, interfering with operations, or using the Services in violation of laws or carrier/industry rules.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS from Sonovia AI LLC. We maintain consent records, honor DNC lists, process opt-outs immediately, and message only between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM local time.

13. Governing Law

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days. If not resolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The seat and venue of arbitration will be Miami-Dade County, Florida.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF YOUR USE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES.
